Then, according to the size, shape, and weight of the auto parts, select appropriate packaging boxes, and add internal protective materials such as foam and bubble wrap in the box to safely fix the products and prevent collision and extrusion during transportation. Next, paste labels indicating product name, model, specifications, etc. on the packaging box, and then use packing belts to seal the box. For some parts that need to be accompanied by instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc., they will also be put into the packaging box together. Finally, conduct a final inspection to ensure that the packaging meets the requirements.

Delivery

1.Staffing: the company has a shipper position, responsible for product shipping - related matters. 2.Shipping process: The company may determine the types and quantities of products to be shipped on the same day according to the production arrangement and the number of finished products in the workshop. The shipper prints the delivery note. After the quality management personnel confirm that the product quality meets the requirements, the shipper counts the quantity, and the warehouse keeper confirms it. The production supervisor, shipper, and warehouse keeper sign on the outbound order.
